They truly made my birthday week unforgettable. Every single employee was incredibly helpful and hospitable. From room service to guest services, entertainment, housekeeping, front desk, and all the restaurants—everyone went above and beyond. A special thank you for the birthday cake in my room and the beautiful dinner at Blue Moon Restaurant. It meant so much and made my celebration even more special.

Overall staying in the El Beso adult only area was very good. Ate breakfast and lunch there and was always enough choice and freshly prepared. Ate at the speciality restaurants and our favourite was the Mexicana. Staff always greet you and in general really friendly. Had treatment in the spa and was highly impressed Michele was very professional. Booked and stayed in a junior suite in the adult section and was pleased with cleanliness of the room and my view over the garden to the sea. Only 1 criticism on check out more staff required as extremely busy and queuing time

The resort was clean, easy to get around, and right on the beach. El Bistro was our favourite spot for breakfast, and the poolside burger hut was a great lunch option. We appreciated having several dining alternatives outside of the main buffet, which gave our group of six plenty of variety. Sensai Japanese was a highlight with good food and a fun, efficient show. We also enjoyed Mike’s Coffee House, the ice cream hut, and the smoothie bar. The staff worked very hard and were kind and accommodating once engaged. A little patience and kindness truly go a long way. Overall, the resort offered good value, solid dining options beyond the buffet, and a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
