The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature for swimming. It is a bit smaller so swimming was limited to times with fewer people. The staff got us checked in our second night earlier which was appreciated with a 2 year old.

Odd request to turn off AC everytime we leave the unit..we like to come back from a beach day to a cold place. Pillows were the worst.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

Paradise Massage and Spa has excellent deals on their website and services were better than what hotels offer at about 1/2 the cost. Prawn Stars in the food court was FABULOUS for lunch, and get a $2 beer at the sports bar in the center.
