Friendly staff but rooms were hot as a sauna. No air conditioning and the sign indicated so not open windows. Pillows were so old they had clumps of foam. Difficult sleep to no sleep prior to flying. Shuttle was great to airport and left at great times

Rooms are so small, beds are hard . Booked 2 adults ,2 kids but had to argue for another 2 pillows .Buffet was good and stay was cheap with free shuttle

We spent 2 nights before flying out of Narita airport and chose this location because of its location. The outlet mall is a 10 min walk down a rural one lane road but once there, you have great access to shops and great little restaurants. Only bad thing we encountered was taxis do not run early ...
