"Great location, great staff. Shuttle bus to/from airport. Good buffer breakfast. They are happy to store luggage. Drug store and Family Mart open 24Hours. Only complaint is that pool & gym only open at 2pm. Also, they charge guests to use pool, gym."

"We spent 2 nights before flying out of Narita airport and chose this location because of its location. The outlet mall is a 10 min walk down a rural one lane road but once there, you have great access to shops and great little restaurants. Only bad thing we encountered was taxis do not run early ..."
