"Easy access from Terminal 1 with the shuttle bus. Facility was clean and the staff were wonderful! There is a drugstore and a convenience store on property and a 7-11 is just a ~10min walk away."

"We stayed here for 2 nights when we arrived in Japan and went to Tokyo Disneyland on the first day. It is a great property, great amenities and toiletries available at the elevators. The Lawson konbini has anything else you might need, including hot food. The staff was amazing with helping us make our way to Tokyo station the next day to take the Shinkansen to Osaka. There was an ovean view from our enormous balcony. The room was huge, ESPECIALLY for Japan!! There is a free Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea parks. However, it is not that close to Tokyo city, so plan accordingly. The nearest train station is a 15ish minute bus ride from the hotel. Very family friendly. We really enjoyed our stay."

"成田到着が夜で後泊で利用させて頂きまし。シングル部屋を9歳の息子と利用しましたが、ベッドのサイズも思ってたよシングルとセミダブルの中間のサイズで、快適に睡眠できました。時差ボケもあり熟睡。朝食を逃す、という失態を人生で初めてしましたが、チェックアウト際に未使用の朝食券に気づいたフロントの女性が、朝食券をお土産(箱菓子)に交換できる旨案内してくださり、大変感激しました。場所柄、朝食時間前に空港に出発する方もいるかと思いますので、大変嬉しいシステムで感激しました。 洗顔料やシャンプー等のアメニティ各種が、夜にはフロントエリアに沢山出ています。朝は、限られたもののみが、フロントデスクに置かれています。夜、フェイスクリームを取り忘れてしまったので、朝、フロントデスクに取りに行ったところ、フェイスクリームはカゴに出ていませんでした。フロントの男性スタッフに、フェイスクリームが欲しい旨伝えると、「シェイビングクリームだったら、そこにあります。」と。女性の宿泊客への対応としては、どうかと思いました。再度、「いや、シェイビングクリームではなく、フェイスクリームが欲しいんですね。」と伝えると、渋々と中から取ってきて下さいましたが、日本のホテルの対応としてはどうかと、驚きました。その他は、とても快適に過ごしましたので、一点残念な点です。又、機会がありましたら、利用させて頂くつもりです。ありがとうございました。"

"It's a very convenient location right next to Narita airport. The planes fly directly overhead, but soundproofing in the room was so excellent that we didn't hear a thing. The property was nice with a pretty walking path around the grounds. It is a bit secluded, but there is a Family Mart near reception so that you can purchase amenities and snacks. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very helpful."
