"The staff at the hotel are super polite and helpful. The service is great. The airport shuttles is very convenient. It also has shuttle to train station and nearby outlet. The place is kept very clean. It has restaurants and 24 hour convenient store on site. In lobby, it has flight schedule display, and a luggage scale. The staff are always checking if anyone needs help, from returning room key to carrying luggage. "

"We have stayed many times and it is always convenient with the free shuttle from the airport and another one to the Aeon Mall. Lovely forrest & lake to enjoy as well as the Onsen at a small cost "

"A very compact room but had everything thay i needed. Place was clean and service was great. We had a problem as ome of our friends could not come and hotel were very understanding and cancelled booking without a charge."
