The building, decor, and room was beautiful, upscale, decorated. Right in the heart of Narita shopping street and right outside of Narita Park, it was the perfect location to explore the city by just walking out the entrance. Staff were respectful, helpful, and courteous. I reserved their dinner and wow was that a fine dining experience and true taste of local, traditional cuisine. I will be staying at this establishment every chance I get!

This location is excellent. So close to grocery stores, restaurants, Narita san temple which is beautiful and transportations. Only a few minutes walk to all and it is my go to location in the area. This hotel is new, 2 years old, simple and clean. Staff are very nice. There is a hot water pot and a small refrigerator in a room. The mattress seem a bit firm but that is an individual taste. Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more. This was our first time staying here at we think it was a great place to stay. For the price you couldn't beat it. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill us up every morning, there were several restaurants and attractions within walking distance and the airport shuttle was convenient. The room was a little small and the sound proofing wasn't the best but we slept fine. We would stay here again without hesitation when we're in Narita.
