"I stayed here for two weeks, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property was always clean and well maintained. "Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. Would recommend if you wanna get away from a city life and enjoy some countryside life like me."

"The breakfast menu was basic - curry sauce, rice, baked goods, coffee, juice, yogurt. Breakfast always has a lot of people. If you get there when they open, there is a long line. I wish they had a restaurant on site. They only have Watson's store which does sell pre-packaged foods and drinks and personal items. I speak English and had a bit of trouble speaking with front desk. She and I had to use translator on our phones. They were accomodating when I had to extend my stay. The housekeeping staff were nice and friendly."

"We were placed in a smoking area again. Narita’s Toyoko Inn’s room is smaller than the one we had in Osaka. I will visit again since it is overall clean and their breakfast buffet is great. I’ll just be specific next time to make sure we get the non-smoking. I wonder if the new extension in Narita is bigger"
