「A nice clean room, friendly and timely service. The breakfast was a nice touch. Fruit, toast, coffee, freshly squeezed OJ with eggs. 😊 A 5-15 minute drive to La Playa en Bucerías. 」

「This resort was booked all inclusive, but is not an inclusive hotel. Looks nothing like the photos advertised on Expedia. I’m pretty sure the advertised ad on Expedia is the delta resort not the Matlali. I’ve been looking for away to contact Expedia to explain my concerns, but haven’t heard back. Matlali resort on Expedia is not correctly advertised, photos and all advertising is not the same resort. 」

「Pésimo todo, desde el ingreso con la falta de datos que pase antes del tiempo que pudieron, hasta llegar y que estuviera sucio, sin llave, me cambian de departamento y me piden tiempo para limpiar, llego más tarde y el bólido sin servir y no me dan servicio nunca. Cuartos con cortinas que se ve para adentro, sin privacidad. Utensilios de cocina en muy mal estado y rotos, pocas toallas y sucias o rotas m, sin sábana pura de cajón nada para taparte. Pésimo el lugar cero recomendable. 」

「Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO ..」
