"If you are looking for a nice comfortable homey atmosphere. This is the place. Quiet and comfortable. My bed was very comfortable, the room had a really nice fridge. Lorena at the front desk was cheerful bubbly and very helpful. The day I checked in, people coming to meet me had an accident at the entrance. She went over and above what was necessary to help us. A true sweetheart. Alejandra made sure the room was perfect everyday. Loved the colors and decor in the room. The view is beautiful, the walkway out into the ocean is a cool touch. The food at the baklava restaurant was exceptional as was the service. I found the food prices to be very fair. They have a homemade jam there that is amazing. If you are looking for party and nightlife at a hotel, this isn't the place for you. However it is a very short ride too downtown Puerto Vallarta. If you are looking for relaxation and a very comfortable family run hotel. This is the place. When I go back to Mexico, this will be where I stay. The only small consideration I would have like to see was a table to lay my clothes out on and also act as a desk to sit at. There is already a chair. Perhaps a microwave? I had not had a holiday in over 10 years and this place was exactly what I needed. Well done!"

"Room was standard. The rest of the resort was beautiful, amazing and fun! So many pools to choose from which made it not so repetitive. The staff were so helpful! I was certainly surprised with how many spoke fluent English, which helped a lot. My daughter enjoyed the kids club as well. I found it helpful to download their app to see where the entertainment was and when, as they jump from place to place. Overall, I was quite happy with our trip and I would go back again. "

"Los Picos Bucerias was awesome. We stayed on the 6th floor hotel room overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the views and amazing sunsets. The restaurant was excellent and the drinks were great by the pool. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is a short walk to Bucerias market and many excellent restaurants with great food choices."

"Host was accessible, home was very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable week longs stay. Kitchen has every cooking tool and appliance you need to prepare a great meal. Excellent pool with some shade, beautiful flowers, washer/dryer and ac all working well. No propane in the tank for our second grilled meal. Sound machines in every room if you are a light sleeper to roosters, and barking dogs at night. We were 3 Adult couples, one local couple and two visiting couples from the US. Highly recommend."
