The room was very big and very clean, the kitchen had new appliances and most everything you might night need for a long stay. The entire staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, wish we could have stayed longer!

Had an amazing stay at the **5 Frogs Hotel** in Bucerias, Mexico, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with big smiles, which instantly made us feel at home. The room we stayed in was spacious, super clean had such a cozy vibe. What really stood out was the location. It’s right in the heart of Bucerias, so everything is just a short walk away. Beautiful beaches, local shops, and amazing restaurants are all around. Whether I wanted to chill on the beach or explore the town, everything was so convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic time at 5 Frogs Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway! 🌴✨

Loved our stay at 5 Frogs. The kitchen suites has everything you would need . The place is well kept and the staff was amazing. Great place for a short or long stay.

The host at the front, David is super friendly and helpful. He took care of us the entire time. Anything that we asked, he was ready to help and provide. Oscar, at the bar was super friendly and made wonderful drinks and if we didn’t like it, and it wasn’t to our taste he would change it for us. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional. The property is really well maintained very quaint, right in the heart of the quiet Bucerias this is just a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it. Thank you so much David and team!

Oscar is amazing and makes this place one you feel welcomed and you want to come back. The rooms are charming and clean. Loved the experience and highly recommend. The margaritas are fantastic.

5 Frogs Bucerias is an amazing place to stay in Bucerias. The beach is a very short walk away, the hotel is extremely clean & safe, all rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a self serve vacation. The amenities are as described and the staff go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel welcome and are happy! The food and drinks served in the Tapas lounge are delicious and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a fun place to hang out and meet new people! I wouldn’t hesitate to book another vacation at 5 Frogs Bucerias! Many thanks to Melissa, David & Oscar for being so incredible!

Fueron muy comprensivos y atentos. Me acomodaron en una habitación cercana a la recepción, lo cual fue muy conveniente porque el piso es resbaloso con la lluvia. La habitación muy cómoda, y es muy conveniente la cocina, pues hay una tienda cercana y no me convencieron los restaurantes de la zona: me preparé mi comida en mi suite. Muy cerca de la playa; me prestaron una silla y una sombrilla. Muchas gracias a Melissa, que me ayudó a corregir un error con mi reservación.

Melissa and Oscar did a great job in making us feel welcome!! This place has it all, walk to the beach, restaurants and a small grocery store around the corner. I did not want to leave this place.

Cute hotel near the beach

Nice boutique hotel, half a block from the beach. The rooms are like condos, with living room, bedroom, bath, kitchen, and dining. The kitchen has everything you need except the food. They clean and bring fresh towels every 2 to 3 days, which seems to be standard in the area. The manager is great and does everything in his power to make your stay a good one. The bartender is funny & lively. The pools are clean and refreshing. Cons - the A/C struggled to keep the room cool, even with all of the shades drawn, and the bed is VERY firm.

I just returned from a 4 night stay at 5 Frogs Hotel in Bucerías and everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was huge, clean, and had more amenities than we could use! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow, and the beach is very close by. My teenagers were also very happy :) We had delicious tapas from the restaurant downstairs.

Un lugar pequeño, pero con un corazón enorme Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El hotel es pequeño, pero no le falta nada: es cómodo, limpio, acogedor y con todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia tranquila y agradable. Lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la atención del personal. Son personas honestas y amables. A mi hija se le olvidó su cartera en el hotel, y no solo nos llamaron de inmediato para avisarnos, ¡sino que incluso se tomaron la molestia de llevárnosla hasta donde estábamos! Ese tipo de detalles no se olvidan y hablan mucho del compromiso y la calidez humana que se respira en este lugar. Sin duda, volveríamos. Un hotel que demuestra que no se necesita ser grande para ofrecer una gran experiencia.
