Resort was beautiful and very quiet! Very relaxing to the pools to the beach resort my family had a great time. The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive and polite! Would recommend to everyone and will be back!

So, the front clerk upon arriving was not welcoming. The fan in the entrance patio was not working, neither was the jacuzzi so that was not good. One day we did not have maid service and the last day before we checked out they didn’t leave any coffee and clean the dirty dishes from the previous day. Other than that. Our villa was very comfortable and the place was very clean and vegetation felt like you’re in Hawaii, very beautiful. Transportation was quick to take us where we needed.

Food was terrible. We waited until 730pm to be checked in. The music was eh, the jacuzzi was not a jacuzzi but a barely warm pool. I will still with airbnbing and driving to the best local restaurants and nothing was infused with love in this experience. The tv was not smart and had no Netflix or any way to connect. Everything was mediocre at best. I was promised an extra night for the trouble and I still have not received this to make up for it.

The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the pool was a little dirty upon arrival. Also, be aware that you must check out on time and return all keys and if you don’t, they will charge you for an extra day. While waiting in line, I saw a family get charged an additional day because they didn’t return the keys on time. Overall, the stay was decent, but clearer communication and better pool maintenance would improve the experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was suitable with our own kitchenet, and balcony. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our suite. Hands down the staff made our stay! Big shout out to Jorge who was beyond fantastic, Argentinea and Jesus were wonderful as well. All the staff were truly exceptional! Some day we will be back.

The property was amazing. The views and a lot of pool areas. Not friendly for seniors and children with the amount of hills and different buildings being so far apart. The food and all inclusive is different make sure you understand the times available to eat. The grounds are a little remote but the area and close proximity to some awesome areas is great.

We liked our Suite and the private pool, but the other visitors partied until 4 AM and we complained for 3 nights with no relief. When leaving, we did not return our wrist bands, because we were not told to return them. They refused to let us leave the premises and kept us hostage for 15 minutes in our car waiting for them to open the gate so we could leave. Totally unprofessional, rude and illegal. Don't expect anything better. This was off season, imagine what it is like when it is at full capacity!?
