"No front desk availability. No phone available in the room. Restaurant food was below average, drinks and were food expensive.Only 2 small bottles of water were provided per day which was not sufficient given you cannot drink the tap water. Additional water had to be purchased The pool and sunchairs were great, the beach was rocky and water was cloudy. The hotel is very close to the highway so a lot of road noise day and night. You need a car at this hotel as there is nothing within walking distance. Taxi cabs to cento area were 120 peso one way. Would recommend one or 2 night stay, not any longer."

"We stayed at the 6person suite with the “tobogán” pool view. The room was terrible. Both of the showers that were in the suite were really old so the shower heads on both were spilling water all over the bathroom. The air conditioning unit (mini split) in both rooms were moldy. One of them didn’t turn on and the other one was spilling water onto the bed and pillows when turned on. In the kitchen, the faucet was very old so the water would come out at an angle and not straight down like normal. There was also a significant leak under the sink when we would open the faucet so there was always a big puddle of water on the floor by the sink. The fridge would tilt when we opened it and it was scary because it felt like it was going to fall over every time. There are no blackout shades in the living room, so people can see inside the living room area when walking by. Our biggest concern was the moldy smell and malfunctioning air conditioning units. We asked for a different room and the staff said that all of the suites were the same. We went to look at another suite and it was worse than ours. I would not return to the hotel if the rooms are dilapidated. The pools and beach were very nice. The towel service was terrible. Staff said they were open from 10-6 for towel service and I went several times during that time frame and they were closed."

"Alberca estaba excelente, desayunos riquisimos, la atencion del personal siempre muy amables, se realizo un evento en el hotel y todo estuvo muy bien. Puntos que mejoraria, cuanto para hijo menor sin cobija aun y cuando se pidio, solo llevaron sabanas, horarios para beach club empezaban muy tarde y no permitieron siquiera disfrutarlo"

"There were a variety of pools and areas for all ages plus a gorgeous beach for walking. Room was small but nicely renovated with lots 8f water pressure fir the shower. Our only concern was having to line up for dinners because they don't have a reservation system. "

"The proximity and views of the ocean exceeded our expectations. There are paddle boards and kayaks we used every day. The place was immaculate and the staff were excellent. We really enjoyed cooking as a family in the huge, well stocked kitchen. The only drawback was a lack of grocery stores nearby. We had to rely on cabs to get anywhere. However there is a great restaurant 2minutes away. "

"Ocean view from our balcony- lovely! The staff are kind and friendly, always laughing. The property isn’t fancy but it is clean, comfortable and has an excellent swimming pool. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back. "
