It was a nice place to stay - we stayed in the tower. The room was large and clean with a beautiful view.

The room was advertised as a one queen bed full kitchen. It is not a bed. It is a pull out sofa bed. BIG difference, especially for someone with physical issues and a 10 night stay. The room is also connecting and you can hear EVERYTHING, including your neighbours entire conversation or them using the washroom. They may as well have been in the room with me. Hotel staff were nice. However many requests like a simple wine glass, they were not able to even provide. The restaurant serves wine so this was a simple request. Housekeeping was not consistent as I asked for facecloths and they would be removed each day and not replaced. There was old soap from the previous guests found behind the sink, so housekeeping definitely needs to step up their standards. The floors were never cleaned properly and I had to wear sandals all the time, or be cleaning my feet constantly. The restaurant I was told had good reviews. However the first day they said they were out of cappuccinos, and the 2nd day out of guacamole. After that I did not return. The pools were nice however the temperature needs to be monitored as it was like bath water, and not exactly refreshing. There was plenty of pool loungers. Nice property and far away enough for town that it was quiet at night. However very basic.

We had a clean room, loved the pools especially one by the beach. Loved the pool slide- what a great feature. The restaurant was excellent. I didn't feel as safe as other places because the windows were not real quality. I didn't have a view but got over it since we spent most of our time either wanting privacy or were outside. They could improve their service if they offered water everyday for the rooms AND coffee- at least by the receptionist. But we did get some relaxation in.

Very clean, very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful setting right on the beach with 3 great pools we preferred the infinity pool by the beach. The only real downside was the restaurant found the food to be mediocre at best

No phone in room, poor lighting (couldn’t read at night), safe never worked, no iron or ironing board. no comfortable seats. Staff were friendly and accommodating No “do not disturb or please clean room” door tags. Restaurant staff were not friendly or attentive.

I paid for an upgraded room and the room and view were amazing. Got to see whales every afternoon from the balcony. Service wasnt great but also want terrible. The room was clean enough, front desk checked me in but no explanation of anything so thankfully I rode the elevator with a fellow Canadian and he was helpful.

The room didn't meet all of our expectations. We had a kitchenette. The refrigerator was very noisy, the kitchen utensils were of poorer quality with rust spots on some of the cutlery and rust spots in the some of the pots and pans. Although it was comfortable, the sofa bed wasn't as convenient as a real bed. We didn't ever use it as a sofa.

This was our first time staying at the property and I was very pleased by nearly all aspects of our visit. I requested a room on a higher floor in the new tower, and we were placed on the top level. Street noise can be a concern when travelling to Mexico, but with all of the rooms in that building facing the ocean, we heard little traffic noise even though we were very close to the highway. There was some carry-over noise from the adjoining room, which only had one door between the suites. Our room was clean, if a little under-supplied. A second facecloth and hand towels are the norm, but not here. Water bottles were not replaced after check-in, but filling stations were available. Of the three pools, the beachfront option is certainly the most popular. It is stunning! There were plenty of poolside and beach loungers available, though we were visiting at a low-occupancy time (Jan 7-12). One afternoon, a very entitled man refused to heed the rule of no music being played at the pool. I asked for staff to intervene, disappointingly, no one did. The on-site restaurant has a good reputation, and the one day we visited for breakfast, service was quick and friendly. Food was only fine. There is an on-going wasp problem. Their solution is to put syrup and jam packets in the planters to divert them from the tables. It isn’t working. Go to Rinconcito across the street instead! I would stay again, but it’s farther from town/amenities than I usually like. 10/10 value and staff.

The pools were all very acceptable. Infinity pool was lovely. Staff are gracious and helpful. Balcony was large and loved having breakfast on it. Rooms in the tower were very clean.
