The best service at a hotel I have EVER experienced. I can’t imagine going back to Edinburgh and staying anywhere else. Location was amazing and the staff and service was next level. We had our 6 month old with us and they included so many amenities (baby bath, baby toiletries, bottle warmer and sterilizer, and more), truly made me feel at ease. Worth the splurge.

Spacious room with good storage and excellent showers. Great location, near the National Museum, Grassmarket, Meadows, Edinburgh University. Friendly service.
Two gripes:
1/ Breakfast was good though we had long delays to get coffee as there is only one machine, which needed refills of beans/milk as well as filter cleaning. They really need to provide filter coffee machines.
2/ Our room (+ most of the others?) required us to haul luggage up and down stairs as they were not directly served by a lift. Unavoidable with the nature of a converted building but was a nuisance.

A wonderfully short stay at The Bonham in Edinburgh. Beautiful hotel, warm and welcoming service, and a lovely atmosphere throughout. I only wish I’d been staying longer — I’ll definitely be back.

Beautifully presented property in the heart of historic Edinburgh. Rooms are well presented, clean and modern. The public areas preserve the history of the building while updating with modern amenities. The staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is outstanding. The only thing to be aware of is that the parking (in a public building) is a reasonable distance away. Other than that this hotel is well worth a visit, we will return.
