「The staff at the Abbey are excellent, by far the best part about the stay. Very friendly with each encounter and extremely accommodating. We had several bags with us, and they made our check-in and check-out much easier by going out of their way to support. The room itself is satisfactory; it is about what you pay for. Nothing too extraordinary, but more than sufficient for what we needed it for. Although the bathroom wasn’t terribly well maintained, and the shower didn’t drain very well....

「The property was unfortunately not as advertised and the photos felt very misleading. While the bedding, kitchen and bathroom were clean, overall the place felt quite tired and in need of an upgrade. The walls, carpets and couches all needed a proper clean and there were no base covers on the bed. Which are usually a norm in most homes, so expected in a letting. There were also several maintenance issues including a broken stair rail and a shower that only worked as a handheld attachment....

「If you would like to enjoy your Edinburgh stay surrounded by green & space, this is the place for you. 15 mins walk or 10 mins bus from the busy city center, next to the Arthur’s seat. Unfortunately my room did not have view, just walls, but if you are lucky, most of rooms should have beautiful green views. Friendly staff, good food, lovely garden terrace to enjoy beers, if it is sunny!」

「Perfect」

「Spacey room, convenient place, nice staff, cleanness! If I have to say one thing, bathroom can be cleaned a little bit more. There were mounds at the corner.」

「This hotel provided professional and friendly service to us. We enjoyed staying at the hotel and were very comfortable. We would like to be back again. And thanks to the members in the hotel, we became to like the people and culture in Scotland much more. Thank you so much, guys and see you soon.」

「Very clean. Perfect」
