「The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. These things are not expensive to install. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty when...

「If you would like to enjoy your Edinburgh stay surrounded by green & space, this is the place for you. 15 mins walk or 10 mins bus from the busy city center, next to the Arthur’s seat. Unfortunately my room did not have view, just walls, but if you are lucky, most of rooms should have beautiful green views. Friendly staff, good food, lovely garden terrace to enjoy beers, if it is sunny!」

「The only good thing I have to mention about my stay at this hotel was the member of reception staff checking me both in and out, she was efficient and friendly.」

「A disappointing stay due to noise and inconsistent service. I appreciated the early check-in and late checkout provided through my Expedia membership benefits. However, at check-in, I was told I could use the terrace. When I went there, I was informed it was reserved for wedding guests and asked to leave. If it was booked for a private event, this should have been communicated clearly from the outset. In room 519, noise continued until 3 a.m., preventing me from getting a decent night’s...

「Spacey room, convenient place, nice staff, cleanness! If I have to say one thing, bathroom can be cleaned a little bit more. There were mounds at the corner.」

「Very clean. Perfect」
