It is a venue that has not forgotten that they exist to serve customers and they do this in a fashion I had long feared extinct. Excellent trip from start to finish. We arrived early, but the rooms were already ready. And we got a fantastic upgrade! The concierge helped us plan out our sightseeing for the following day, as well as made a great dinner recommendation and reservation. Drinks and food at Peacock Alley and the Caley bar were excellent. The service was wonderful - I wish I could remember all the staffs’ name who assisted us. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Check in was smooth. No lift but successful in lugging 30+kg. suitcase up & down 3 flights of stairs. Room was impeccably clean. Room safe was difficult to access due to its position on floor of closet and tendency to entrap tiny objects in door which forced me to call for help. Everything was in good condition. The towel warmers even worked. Homemade cookies along with tea and coffee in room. My wife really appreciated the fact that there was a fan. Only drawback is the Inn is on a busy street. Request the suite if road noise bothers you. The best part of Inn is that the Resturant is top quality that means you must have reservations. Not handicapped friendly long staircase with no lift.

The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood safe clean room was beautiful and clean the walls are quite thin I could hear the people above me like they were in my room and I didn’t have any heat and was quite cold when i woke I opened the curtains to discover the window was open I couldn’t tell that when I closed the curtains I tried to close the window and it absolutely would not close. Out side of the coldness it was a great hotel
