"In general, this hotel had a very friendly atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were kept very clean, and the front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming. They opened the restaurant after renovations the day before we arrived, so we got to enjoy it on day 2. The staff was organized, friendly, helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! They had a good knowledge of what was gluten free, and had gluten free toast available for me each day that we were there. Tom, the restaurant coordinator, was especially friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Compact, but spacious rooms (I know, but they were both), super clean, all basic amenities. Kiosk check-in but you can buzz for someone to come over from the lounge to help, and those people were very accommodating. Breakfast was basic continental, but good coffee, bread and pastries, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Super location. Couldn't have been more convenient to Waverley train station, hop-on hop-off bus stops, etc. From airport, go to STOP A for Airlink bus to downtown. Take Hanover Street stop, which is right at pedestrian Rose Street, cross Hanover, to other half of Rose St and walk a short way to find Hub on the left. There is another Premier Inn on Rose street (same side as bus stop), but it is not HUB. Good restos, esp Bella Italia and Rosa's Thai, need rez. Pick up bus back to EDI at Waverley Bridge."

"Great location. The stay was overall good. The main issue was the bathroom which did not have a fan or window so very humid and there was mold on wall and on grout so unpleasant to be in that room."
