"Room was nice and big! Bathroom was nice but water leaks a lot from the shower and the shower had an AWFUL smell! Firstly, the shower didn’t drain so we got someone to come and clean the drain. However, after that the smell was disgusting coming from the drain and it didn’t go away. Assuming it’s an old building with old drains but taking a shower wasn’t the nicest. Other than that, breakfast was great and the room itself was lovely. "

"I cannot rate this hotel more highly. The staff went above and beyond to get me into my room early at no extra fee, and even upgraded me. The room was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the bed was so comfy that I almost couldn’t get out of it. The mini bar was stocked with lovely treats and the bar made me the best margarita I’ve had in years. I cannot wait to come back, thanks so much for having me! "

"Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful building with friendly, attentive staff. Dinner in the court was excellent. Room very nice, warm & comfortable. Breakfast buffet could have been warmer. Steam room out of order, sauna quite small."
