"Loved the location and the rooms named for prominent Scots and the b&w photographs. Room was well-equipped though there were not enough sockets. No housekeeping meant sopping towels, dirty cups, no replenished teabags and an unmade bed greeted me after a long day at conference. The uht milk was sour which wasted the last precious teabag - weird given that it could have been put in the fridge. For this reason only 4 stars given. Would be 5 easily if this were sorted out.
