「Nice hotel and good rooms. But total failure from hotel/hotels.com that I was promised breakfast included and there was no breakfast despite saying so on booking. So bad and will demand reimbursement.」

「Booked this for my granny who was visiting me in Edinburgh. She found the bed very comfortable which is important for her. Breakfast was also delicious with a nice range of hot and cold options. The guest house is in an old building so some things are a bit threadbare but it is well taken care of and clean, and the neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. Duncan was absolutely lovely and so helpful, both in person and over email before/after her stay.」
