This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and had a lovely stay again. David is very welcoming and cooks a lovely breakfast. Nothing is to much if you need advice about the area etc.... would recommend for sure.

David was a wonderful host, the room was large and comfortable, the breakast was tasty and filling. The beautiful, old house is about 4miles outside the city centre, but there is a bus stop a minutes walk from the property, which takes you right into Princes street. An uber was about £15. It was absolutely perfect for our needs.

Lovely old house. Loads of character. Very spacious room with Super sized bed which was so comfy! Lovely big bath with shower and lots of lovely hot water. Excellent breakfast included. Brilliant! Warm and cosy room, despite absolutely grotty weather outside.the bed was really comfortable with a great mattress and breakfast was fantastic. It was really good if out host to prepare it early for us, since we had to be up and off sharp. We also enjoyed meeting the in-house dog and cat ❤️

The bed was so comfortable after a long journey! The shower was hot and the neighborhood very quiet. We never knew other guests were here until our breakfast and David was very accommodating and gracious and we enjoyed dining with the other travellers. Breakfast was delicious and Figgy the spaniel made us feel very welcome as well!
