"We had difficulty for finding this apartment. we reached night 10PM and it took 2 hours to find this apartment. we were searching for the name Sakina apartment, we could not find this name. No land marks in the address. There was no previous instructions/guidance for how to check-in this apartment. No light was working in the Bed room."

"We couldn’t get in touch with the owner, and hand to contact Hotels.com to be able to get information about the check in. You’re really paying for the location with this place. It’s really close to everything including the old town, the castle and Princes street garden. But the kitchens smells bad, probably the fridge. The rooms smells like mold and I’m allergic… and there was some others hair all over the bathroom. I think what bothered us the most though was that there was absolutely NO HEAT....
