Amazing stay! A lovely boutique hotel with a focus on personalized service. I loved the welcome glass of bubbles. They even charged our EV for us. My new favourite place to stay in Vancouver!

We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent. Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

Great neat and clean room

We enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds great view. Young man named David at the ARC bar was a new hire and already an asset to this hotel. He was a delightful person.

Besides our veiw the room and staff were so wonderful would 100% recommend this hotel to others

Everything was amazing

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in, clean, friendly staff and the room has a lot of tech features

The only thing missing was a cup of coffee in the morning, but everything else about the property was good

We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall. That was a miss as far as communication goes. Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.
