Beautiful hotel with stunning views. The staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant on the property has a warm elegant vibe with delicious food.

My wife and two kids had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Village this past week. The rooms were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull out sofa. Location was great, in the heart of the village but away from the loud nightclubs, ideal if you have small kids. Pool and hot tub were a great temp and never too crowded. Especially love how robes and slippers for kids are provided, just let the hotel know your kids age and they will provide the right sizes. The complementary shuttle service came in handy for going to restaurants outside the main village.The ski valet/locker was great. The lockers are located on the main level of the Pan Pacific Mountainside and are large enough for 4 ski's and poles. No room for boots. I suggest carrying your boots to the lockers and putting on your ski boots there. All staff were great! Only a few small things. - No ability to access streaming services on any of the TV's in the room. Limited to local live TV and paid movies. In this day and age, this should be standard. - The ski locker room does provide commentary towels for drying your ski's however, I found the basket always empty and no one around to ask for a towel. - The breakfast buffet while great, was the same everyday. Scrambled, Eggs, potatoes, sausages, Danishes, fruit and a couple of cereals. Would be good to see a variety from day to day. - We found our room to have a significant draft from the windows and doors. No big deal.

I was upgraded (maybe because I booked same day?) and there’s just something about a fireplace going while it’s cold and rainy as I sit on the floor putting together a Christmas LEGO set…I’ll need to make that an annual tradition. The staff was kind and attentive, making the stay especially welcoming. The property is gorgeous even in the pouring rain. Hot tub, spa, daily guest activities all made our stay delightful and I will absolutely stay here again. There were nice walks all around the property so I was able to get exercise with my dog as I do not ski. The restaurants are excellent and exactly what you hope for in a four seasons property. Try the house red—it’ll surprise you. I traveled with my small dog and it was very convenient to travel with a dog at this property. Just be careful, your dog may love it and now your travel standard becomes the Four Seasons.

We spend the last night of the year at this hotel every year. It's been a wonderful yearly treat for us. Will come back again on December 31, 2026 again.

Really really lovely hotel. We had a top floor studio and the view across the city from our room was incredible. The hop on and off bus had a stop right outside so we explored the whole city really easily. The bar and restaurant served lovely food and drink and the staff were wonderful. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Would definitely go back there.

Front desk staff were amazing. Housekeeping too! Spa was delightful.

We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent. Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

Wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the room had a great waterfront view.
