「We had a great stay here! A very comfortable place with beautiful surroundings & great customer service! Very peaceful :) Also has a nice steam room. Lots of green space. Brody & Nicole at the Front Desk were very nice & welcoming. 「One hour before my "Free Cancellation" window was set to expire, the property sent a message via the Expedia platform demanding a higher daily room fee. They claimed that the discounted rate—a verified rate for Expedia.ca registered users—had been posted without their approval.
