We had issues checking in initially which were quickly resolved by reception staff. The room, however, was a little tired and some areas were overlooked by housekeeping/maintenance - there were hairs in both the bath and the sink, grouting around the glass shower panel really needed redone, the toilet roll holder was loose, one of the plug socket next to the bed didnt work and we couldn they either of the hdmi ports on the same side to work either. Breakfast though was excellent and couldn't not be faulted

Clean, but small rooms. But great tubs, ironing board and iron, comfortable beds . . surprisingly solid room in a great location.

Having to pay £100 (holding fee) is not needed. Only hotel I’ve stayed at that does this. Not a fan of this method. Staff very friendly & would recommend. Great location as well. Fairly comfortable although you can hear what’s going on in the adjacent rooms.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly, efficient and capable.

Excellent location for an overnight stay in London. Staff is very professional and amenities are excellent (although they don't have courtesy coffee at the lobby).

Staff super friendly and helpful - had 3 single rooms which were all different sizes, but all comfortable beds (though tall people might struggle with the length!). For a one night stay kn central london was perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The best part was the very convenient location, especially with Russell Square Station close by, making transportation around London quick and easy. There were also plenty of shops and amenities nearby, which was very helpful during my trip. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
