Immaculate clean room and very comfortable bed. Pleasant garden view as well. One tiny issue was that someone in a neighbouring room took a shower at 1.30am and this was very noisy for around 30 minutes.

The receptionists and manager on Friday night the 3/7/26 were amazing. They went out of their way to assist us with our booking as there was an error. The breakfast can't fault it The room had spiders that night and there's a buildup of dust all around the edges and corners of the room. Apart from that we had a comfortable night sleep. The pillows and beds are the most comfortable I have come across in hotels.

Bar was good, comfortable bed and excellent staff at reception. The life guard was also very accommodating with the locker as I couldn’t see due to leaving my glasses in the room.
