"Clean room, not the most modern rooms but given they run at a high occupancy they were in great condition. Bathroom clean, lots of towels and hand/ body soap, only gripe was the toilet paper holder was what you would see in a public toilet.
Staff - amazing, kiosks wouldn’t work upon arrival and checked everyone in swiftly.
I didn’t eat on site but it was so busy I strongly recommend if you are staying pre-book. Check out was smooth, quick and again so friendly! "

"We had a room outside the actual pub, so it was very quiet and enjoyable. The staff are naturally happy and friendly, that's what comes from a family run business. Will be staying there again the next time we need to go to the NEC, which is only a few minutes drive away."
