Staff was great! Room was beautiful but we couldn't get the Air conditioner to cool the room down so we left patio door opened to cool it off.

This was my first trip to Mexico. I fell in Love. Paradisus gave true vacation vibes! From the events to the food to the gorgeous balcony view i had, everything was well worth it! Im seriously thinking about coming back next spring. It was hard to leave, esp for my 5 year old!

This resort was amazing from check-in to check-out! Sleek, sophisticated with attention to every detail. Our room was immaculate. The food was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. And the staff catered to us non-stop! We would highly recommend this wonderful resort.

Well, the staff are really great and helpful. And I mean everyone. From the head chef, to the bartenders and wait staff, room service, butlers, cleaning staff, and pool attendants.

Ocean front room on the 9th floor had an AMAZING view! Room service (all included) was prompt and accurate every time. Maid service came twice a day - once to clean and a second time to turn down the bed and leave chocolates. Lobby bartender made a great gin martini (with Condesa). Enjoyed meals at La Joya, the hibachi grill, and the sushi bar. Hopefully you won't need the hotel doctor on your trip. But we did, and he was outstanding.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. However, I wish the concierge mentioned to me to download the app where I can book reservations. I was told about this 2 days before we left.

We had a great stay at Beachcapes Kin Ha. The room was clean, the AC and hot water worked as it should. The food was delicious. The entire staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and very helpful. The beach was clean and very calm waters. We will definitely be back.
