Great clean place

Absolutely loved the staff! Juan, our bartender at the pool, took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and patient with everyone he served, and his excellent service truly made our experience even more enjoyable. I also want to recognize the team members who assisted with our luggage and security. They went above and beyond to make us feel safe by recording the name and company of every driver who picked us up and dropped us off at the resort. That extra attention to our safety gave us great peace of mind and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. Their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable!

While it's hard to complain when you have the beach right in front of view, I feel this resort lacked in a few areas. I'll start with the positive - rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the property was well maintained and the variety of pools was nice. Now for the food....some good, some terrible and some I didn't even get to try because the wait was over an 1.5 hours. I only got to try three of the restaurants and the room service - the breakfast buffet, the sushi station and Azur. Breakfast was fine, lots of choices. Sushi station was terrible. I thought being so close to the ocean would be recognized in the sushi but it was not and was glad I only ordered one roll to start. Azur was very good and the staff was great. The room service was TERRIBLE. Since so many restaurants had long waits we had to order room service two nights. First night they were out of two items on the menu so we got a pizza that was so bad I was a bit livid we had to order room service again. Second order was chicken fajitas which we were told would be a 45-50 minute wait. An hour and a half later they arrive with a cheese quesadilla with literally nothing else on the plate. No garnish, no nothing.....just a tortilla with cheese in it. We were so hungry at that point we had to take it. As a foodie, this was the most disappointing aspect of this resort. Overall, if your mission is to drink by the pool all day, this place would make you happy otherwise, keep searching.

We loved all of the options for swimming. There were many pools to choose from. The gym was also a great addition. Service was slow mixed-sometimes attentive, other times, I couldn’t find anyone to order food from. In general, the food was not good. My daughter became ill on the second day from it My review went from 4 stars to 3 because when I went to check out, I was charged an additional $40 for the cabana when I was told by two people it would be $100. I asked for an itemized receipt, and they refused to provide it to me or tell me what the extra charges came from. They simply stated it was from “drinks,” but I don’t drink alcohol. Due to the lack of transparency and withholding of this information, it left a bad impression. The beach had too much seaweed to swim in most days. I understand this is out of the hotel’s control, but the cleanup effort didn’t look like it was doing much. Next time, I would choose somewhere else. It was very beautiful though.
