Top Zócalo Hotel Reviews

Hotel Bellas Artes

Hotel Bellas Artes

10/10 Excellent
"This was my second time staying at this property, and overall, it’s a really nice hotel. The staff is friendly, and there is so much to see and do within walking distance, which makes the location great. The one issue I do want to point out was with housekeeping. The hotel has a sign stating that if you would like fresh towels, you should leave the used ones on the floor. However, during the first two days of my stay, I noticed that the housekeeper picked up the dirty towels from the floor and hung them back on the towel rack instead of replacing them with clean ones. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk, and they were very helpful and promptly brought me a fresh set of towels. Overall, I really enjoy this hotel and would stay here again. I just wanted to mention the housekeeping issue so management can be aware of it, as I hope this was simply an isolated incident at an otherwise great property."

"Nice place. The staff are very nice people. Antonio the bellboy helped me with all the questions about the city. The breakfast was included it’s a very good selection buffet. They have a cafeteria with everything including too 24/7. My only disappointment was the restaurant it’s over priced and the food it’s not that good"

"Rebecca at the guest relations desk went above and beyond to accommodate my request to make the bed more comfortable for my nerve disorder. I need a much softer bed to sleep in and the staff helped me acquire that. The breakfast each morning was diverse and plentiful. The coffee was excellent! Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. Renier made excellent drinks at the lobby bar. He was a pleasure to chat with while we sipped our drinks. He makes an excellent Pina colada and mojito! I highly recommend staying here."
