「スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで、部屋も快適な広さでとても良いホテルです。シャワーの水圧もバッチリで、お手洗いも清潔でした。またぜひ滞在したいです。」

「部屋や施設は基本的には清潔でした。コンビニや飲食店も近くにあり便利です。 しかし、クローゼットの中のブランケットを使用しようとしたところ明らかに複数回使用済みの状態で、体毛やゴミがたくさん付いており、ベッドに広げただけでシーツまで汚れました。驚いてフロントのスタッフに相談したところ、全てのシーツの取り替えと新しいブランケットを提供してもらえたのでありがたかったですが、体験としては良くなかったです。その場でマネージャーに動画や写真で報告もされていたので、今後は改善されるものと期待します。 また、ランドリーマシンは数がたくさんあり、無料で使えるので便利でした。」

「This hotel is truly a gem. It’s the perfect location in Roma Norte with tons of food, shopping, and bars nearby. The hotel itself has a beautiful facade in a century old building, and the pasaje filled with shops and restaurants is very inviting and upbeat. The rooms are modern and clean and the beds are comfortable. The shutters also make the room fully blacked out, so it was easy to sleep in.
