"large room, comfortable beds, large bathroom with walk-in shower. Lovely view of the city. They had a safe but the fridge was locked which I thought was a bit ridiculous. They did give us free water each day. We did room service one morning as we had to leave early and the food was great if expensive.. The restaurant had a breakfast buffet but we ordered off the menu which was cheaper. There was a small pool but we didn’t use it. Great location, though. "

"This is an older hotel with lots of history. The Phone Bar was excellent. The Buenos Dias restaurant was excellent. The staff who seemed to be security were not always friendly. The room was clean and large but bed was too firm. Great location in the Zona Rosa and walkable to many sites. "

"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. "Del Ángel is a bare bones hotel. You will get the essentials and that’s it. A lot of things don’t work or don’t work well. The key cards, the room safe, for example. If you want more than two towels, you must ask. And the WiFi is hit and miss. I’ve stayed there many times, but only when I can get a very good rate. Nice staff and great area. "

"Nice hotel and area, close to very good restaurants and cute shops. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The only issue I had was sometimes we would come back to the room after dinner and that would be a smell of sewage coming out from the bathroom. The last day they were doing repairs outside of our door so the noise woke us up early. Besides that I’d recommend Brick!"

"We would stay at AR 218 again in the future. The room was cool with the AC and it was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a Starbucks in the hotel and the hotel is guarded by security guards 24/7. We felt very safe at this hotel and in the surrounding area! "
