「Absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Polanco. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes feel special. The rooms may be on the smaller size but the attention the details make up for it. The amenities are luxurious and plentiful.」

「Everything was perfect. Location was beautiful. Near multiple fancy restaurants and just three blocks away you had food stands that were clean and you could find anything you could think of. From gorditas, huaraches, sea food and even fresh juices. The hotel was clean, and perfect for those instagram photos. Personnel was professional, respectful and kind. Breakfast was limited but just what we needed. Will definitely be staying here again. IG @jaaaaaaaneth 」

「Our room at Pug Seal Polanco Allan Poe was clean and well-maintained. It was lovely to have a balcony. The staff was helpful and prompt. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous--wonderful to have both light buffet-type options and to be able to order off the menu. I would definitely return to this hotel, or use one of the other Pug Seal locations, and I will be recommending it to others.」
