Professional staff member with great hospitality. Clean rooms, very secure, vibrant Condesa area. Starbucks on the building is a plus and lots of excellent cuisine within walking distance. Family love this place and we will be back again to stay here.

The “apartment” room layout is amazing and very comfortable. As much as we loved the room, we were disappointed when our toilet flush stopped working on the second day of our stay. Despite having the front desk send someone to fix it, the button still did not work. All in all, it was a great stay, but this was a minor inconvenience.
