Loved the aesthetics of the hotel. Good location. Very clean. The staff is very polite and super helpful. They tried so hard to fulfill our needs. I liked that it was two beds. The rooftop restaurant was good. I wish they had a gym though. The pool thing in the middle was a little weird. It had leaves in it. Nice size bathroom. They need a mirror in the room not the bathroom. It’s too dark in there. I would definitely stay there again

The property was beautiful and very clean. An older hotel but gives that historical México City Vibe. Great location for shopping and museums. The Cafe is amazing and very accommodating. The restaurant upstairs has a great view and the food and drinks are wonderful. The staff is great upon check in but after that we felt we didn’t exist or like we were intruding. Coming in and out of the hotel, we were no longer greeted or offered drinks and most of the time didn’t even get a hello or goodbye. When checking out and leaving with luggage, nobody offered to help or ask if we needed anything.
