Highlights include great bathroom, AC, nice windows and balcony, Nespresso machine and multiple secured passcode door locks. The owner is nice and friendly. He recommended a list of tacos and cafe. 「We enjoyed our stay at Mila! It's situated along a lovely park with shops and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is really quaint, and we enjoyed the art deco interior. Take advantage of ordering a handcrafted drink in the bar and enjoy it on the rooftop. Our stay was made comfortable by the attentiveness of the staff, and the amenities. Great place for an extended stay!」

The vanity mirror needs a light so you can better do makeup and hair. The overhead lighting is not that great. 2) The floors were dirty. We had white socks on and the bottom after walking around the living room, bathroom and bedroom were dirty. I did not walk outside with my socks. 3) I would have extra bags for the toilet paper. 「Miguel was a great host; though he had many things to do, he made time to chat and answer our questions. We loved the complimentary breakfasts every morning on the beautiful patio. 「This property is worth to stay while you are in CDMX. Our room (2nd Floor) has a kitchenette however just to get hot water we had to go to the common area (3rd Floor), it would have been nice to have a mini kettle in the room. Second evening somebody in the common area put the music very loudly so probably it would be better to revise the regulation to all customer. If you look for the place to stay in La Condesa this is one of good choice.」
