「Amazing hotel! It’s quiet yet in walking distance to everything you’d want to experience in the Condesa. Plus your 15-30 minute Uber from pretty much everything in Mexico City. The staff are super friendly and responsive to guest needs. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to come to CDMX. We’d stay here again the next time…」

「Quiet, beautifully maintained small hotel in the lovely, centrally located Condesa neighborhood. Staff was friendly and attentive — particular shoutout to Carlos for welcoming us so warmly.」

「Clean rooms and friendly staff」

「Best Hotel Experience Ever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We travel at least 2–3 times a year, and this has by far been our best hotel experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, the staff was amazing, and the customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. The location was perfect, and the value for the money was excellent. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for...

「Everything from the location to the staff was lovely. An overall excellent space with lots to do around and having laundry access was very helpful when it came to packing lighter. The only downside was because our room was on the bottom floor, there was a slight lingering musty smell; which due to the humidity and being on the bottom level. Wasn't a major deal for my stay but could be for others. All in all, would recommend and return.」

「Thus was my third visit to Casa Miravalle. While there were many things I previously enjoyed—such as the decor, location, and service—unfortunately, this will be my last stay due to poor customer service. Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room. I informed the manager, who acknowledged the error and offered a temporary upgrade until my park-view room became available. However, once the room was ready, I had to move all my luggage myself without any assistance offered. Furthermore, one of the...
