"Hotel is next to the bars and I could hear the music going until 4am every night. The shower had no hot water, the TV would constantly stop working and a small M&M bag was over $3. My room was only cleaned 1 day out of 4. I spoke to the front desk but they never rectified anything. "

"Gorgeous apartment setting! The furnishings and layout are first rate, with every detail thoughtfully accommodated. The full kitchen, balcony, living space and work space as well as bath and bedroom were clean and modern and looked brand new! Excellent security and very safe if traveling solo. Neighborhood is wonderful w/ lots of cafes and walking areas. HIGHLY recommend! GORGEOUS!!! "

"Great rooftop bar. Easy to come and go. Clean and many lighting options. An easy chair or sofa would have been nice but the table and chairs sufficed. Well located in Roma. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Discover Condessa. The location and price were both excellent, and the staff was amazing. The only issue we had during was that the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking one evening and there was water all over the bathroom floor, but the friendly maintenance guy responded immediately and took care of it. It is an older building, so some issues are to be expected, and you could hear some loud construction during the day, but overall we really had a great experience and I would stay here again."
