It was easy to get to. I liked that there is a security guard 24/7. Always greeted us good morning, good afternoon, good evening. It was clean. Had all the things needed to cook. It didn’t have ac but it never felt hot inside. They do have fans. The balcony was nice too. I didn’t really go out in the balcony because it was in the 11th floor and I would get nauseous being so high up. It had two bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other room with a queen size bed. Two bathrooms perfect for four. I had an issue with the hot water but they got back to me fast. Was able to get that resolved right away. It has washer and dryer. I did use the washer and dryer but unfortunately the dryer burnt some of my clothes because the vent came off so the heat wasn’t able to escape. The host contacted me about my burnt clothes after I sent pictures of the dryer. They offered us contrast therapy at one of the spas to make up for the burnt clothes. We weren’t able to do it because we had already made plans to do other things. But I really appreciate that they got back to us about that issue. If I go back to Mexico City I would book this place again. The location is great!! A lot of food places near by and it’s right next to two bakeries. The metro is walking distance. We used uber and the metro. I would recommend this place to anyone. Good for families!!

We stayed 2 weeks at this property. It was clean and well kept. The fridge did go on the blink but was taken care of. The instant water heater did have a problem and I would have to reset it almost each time we used hot water. I think the switch for the burner needs to be replaced if that’s possible. Other than that the place is nice and clean and is in a very convenient and busy location with everything that you need close by. Highly recommend staying here.

Excelente ubicación! Faltó un poco más de comunicación con el propietario ya que nunca me contactó pero afortunadamente un día previo mi compañero logró el contacto en su reserva y de ahí me guié! El resto muy bueno!

Excelente opción

Bonito y cómodo apartamento muy bien ubicado cerca a la Av. la reforma. Caminando puedes llegar al parque de chapultepec y conocer todos sus atractivos. En las noches los vehículos hacen un poco de ruido que a veces puede ser molesto.
