"This was one of my favorite places to stay in Mexico City! The city view was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The host was responsive and made everything easy throughout my stay. The property was spotless, with lots of great dining options nearby, and the staff was friendly and respectful. "I must say that in Mexico City when you are sick. The staff at the hotel is amazing. I was there with a trip you my wife. Lazaro is the concierge name . He got me a doctor in the middle of the night and the doctor gave me a prescription that 20 pharmacies would not dispense his doctor friend drove me to a pharmacy that would fill a prescription . I just want to give him recognition because he saved my vacation! What an amazing hotel! I have been all over the world but never had more caring people. They asked. Me every morning how I was end everyone address me by my name. 1000 stars for this hotel."
