Top Torre Latinoamericana Hotel Reviews
Hotel Zócalo Central
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, great hotel"
Fiesta Americana Reforma
8/10 Good
"Mi expectativa era más grande respecto a este hotel y su costo"
Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico Zocalo View
10/10 Excellent
"Well maintained historical hotel. Once you reach in , it is excellent place to stay. But difficult to reach here. Most of the time taxi / Uber will drop you off few blocks away in very crowded place and then you have to pull your luggage by your self. Tough ! Very tough !! So be mindful about this before booking your room"
Colmena Hotel CDMX Centro
10/10 Excellent
Hotel Principal
8/10 Good
"Upon check-in, we were not impressed. The older gentleman that checked us in did not greet us with a smile and actually seemed quite angry or frustrated that we were there. He only gave us one room key and we asked for a second he said there was an extra charge??!! Ridiculous! Now keep in mind this is Mexico so customs are different. There weren't washcloths, Kleenex, bath mats or hand towels. They only have one sized towel when we asked. So we asked for extra so we could have one at least for our hands and one as a floor mat. No way to make coffee or hot tea, so, note to self to make sure we check that out before we reserve a hotel. The toilet paper was very thin and we had to ask more cuz they were tiny rolls. The other staff later in the week during our stay were much more pleasant and accommodating. When we asked to have our room cleaned the housekeeper brought us a bath mat and actually mopped the floor as well as changing the sheets on our bed. I'd been getting bitten by some kind of a bug and I wasn't sure whether it was in our bed or from the floor and once she did that I did not have any more bites the rest of my stay. We didn't have any information about room service , policies or local restaurants. we asked at the front desk & they said they normally have that. One of the fellows at the front desk even assisted with a prescription and printed that off. Since the pharmacy would not accept the QR code version from our cell phone."
Punta Alameda
8/10 Good
"Great clean place the only thing is that no AC on property, small good room and good bathroom, has potential just do something about air conditioning"
Hotel Bellas Artes
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel is well maintained, clean and so conveniently located a few blocks away from the Zócalo and across from Bella’s artes. Staff was amazing."
Hotel Ritz Ciudad de México
10/10 Excellent
"Location! This hotel is very conveniently located on a pedestrian street (Maderos) in the historic downtown area. It's very easy to walk and explore around. Parking is available in a garage a couple of blocks away, the hotel will validate your ticket (you pay at the hotel) with in and out privileges for your vehicle. Staff is very kind and helpful. The lobby of the hotel is on a second floor, you can access by the stairs of by a tiny elevator. A separated elevator from the lobby floor takes you to the rooms. Elevators are tiny, perhaps two thin people with suitcases at the most. To reach to my room I had to walk through a labyrinth of narrow hallways that connected several buildings (based on the floor treatments/ ramps, etc). It's an old building (or more) in overall good shape. Because I stayed here, I found out that in this area of Mexico City, they clean, like really clean (with water hoses) the pedestrian street, spotlessly. After seen thousands of people walk by the afternoon and night before, this level of cleanliness is awesome! The hotel offers breakfast (it's not the best, once we compared with the local cuisine of the many towns we visited but it'll do it for you, if you don't know any better). Staff are amazing. I complimented the "green juice" they serve. The lady even came back with the recipe for me! I felt comfortable and safe in this place."
Hotel Juarez
8/10 Good
"The room was very clean and I like the room itself. However there was a bar nearby and it was too loud to sleep on Friday night till 3am…"
