My two kids (9yo and 11yo) and I stayed here 1 night and recommend. It’s fairly close to the airport (20 min or so depending on traffic) with shuttle service included in the price and an ample breakfast buffet included in the price. Nice thick comforters on the beds too. Metro stop (green line, 8) only a 5 min walk away. Very friendly and helpful staff, from bell hop to front desk, to restaurant.

All the staff were super friendly and patiently answered all my questions I had. The shuttle to the airport and back allowed my sisters and I to feel safe and secure. The hotel was fairly close to the metro (our preferred form of travel. There was always someone at the desk no matter the time and that felt good to know someone was there just in case. Love having the restaurant there when we got hungry. Overall, felt super well taken care of. Please stay here, you won’t regret it!

Great service, lovely staff, the cafe is open 24/7 which is really handy, it was easy to get ubers from the hotel, as someone staying in CDMX for this first time, this is a good option that is close to the airport and to the GNP Seguros Stadium. Would stay here again!

Nice, sadly we were not here for long. Free shuttle to and from the airport but far from the things you want to do and see. Spacious, clean, great bed and bathroom. I’d skip their breakfast and order à la carte.

I found it very convenient that there was an exclusive hotel counter at the airport where I could request the shuttle service. Even though I checked in very late, the staff treated me very kindly, which left a very good impression on me. I also used the room service; even though I placed my order late, they responded quickly, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious. From now on, this will be my regular hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riazor! We traveled as a family with our four boys, and everything from start to finish was seamless. The hotel provided airport shuttle service both to and from the airport, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free. We were also able to do an early check-in for an additional fee, which was very helpful after traveling. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—truly 10/10 service. They made us feel comfortable right away and were very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean, which we really appreciated, especially traveling with kids. Overall, a great experience for our family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
