The hotel itself is stunningly designed and thoughtfully laid out, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. A special shoutout to **Alex at the welcome/check-in desk**! From the moment we arrived, he treated us with such warmth and kindness. When our rooms weren’t quite ready after a long day of travel, Alex prioritized us, ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable despite the delay. His genuine hospitality and cheerful demeanor made a world of difference throughout our stay. I felt like I made a friend during our time there! This trip was my first adventure to Mexico, mainly to see **BTS in concert**, and the excitement was palpable. We even connected with fellow **BTS ARMY** members among the hotel staff who shared in our joy, creating wonderful memories that we’ll cherish forever. The camaraderie, love, and kindness shown by the hotel staff and the people of Mexico City deeply touched our hearts. If I ever have the chance to return, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again. "At the time of booking the gym was closed due to remodeling but what really sucked was that they NEVER returned our deposit!! Called multiple times and gave me the run around! I should have read the reviews first because once I did I seen that this hotel is known for keeping the deposit!! Only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s too bad that bad people work at this hotel, because it does have potential to be great."
