「When I arrived the door wouldn’t open so I contacted the host and he said that I had canceled the stay which was completely false. He told me that he refunded me and that there was no vacancy for the apartment. If I had canceled the day of my arrival he would have never refunded me my money so it was him who canceled, probably double booked for more money. I had to find a new place and didn’t get there until after 9pm. Wasted the whole afternoon. 」

「If you need a 3 bedroom it’s good. No heat or air and plugs are sparse. But it’s a good location, 」

I stay in CDMX often 18 times in three years and security has always been a struggle. Their kindess usually lacks but here they exceeded expectations! Thank you all for being so awesome! 「Muy bien ubicado pero le hacía falta mantenimiento completo, varias cosas no funcionaban, las camas almohadas y sábanas incómodas, sábanas olían a humedad pero rápidamente administración mandó cambiarlas. Respondían a tiempo y trataban de solucionar los problemas rápido.」
