「Positive: from a two week rental—nice location, fine building with security. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Nice to sit on the third level terrace and good beds- bedding. Great service team who came to clean and do repairs. Negative: noisy part of Polanco. Okay with windows closed but no air conditioning nor cross ventilation. Hot water system was not working when we arrived nor was the WiFi. It took a few service visits to get all the filters on showers and taps cleaned so there was...

「The concierge and people working at the building were wonderful- very helpful and considerate. We did not use the pool as we thought that access to it might be complicated. We found the neighbourhood to be very noisy, unfortunately and had difficulty sleeping. There should have been more toilet paper soap, and towels supplied. Apart from that it was a very lovely and walkable neighborhood.」

「The hosts and apartment were lovely, so no shade to them. But the practical realities of this place make it about 2x higher priced than it should have been. Pros: Very clean, stylish, had all the essential amenities one needs for a comfortable stay.Cons: Directly over a large, busy street that was noisy all night long. Earplugs and eye mask are absolutely necessary if you want to sleep. Wifi did not work the entire duration of the stay.」

「2nd time here and the friends I introduced it to loved it. Fernando is the best concierge I have ever met. Always responsive. Well stocked kitchen and good beds. Weather was mild so only used the fans at night. The portable air conditioners are a nice feature to cool down the room but the noise was too much for me. Front desk is friendly and responsive and local is great to walk into Roma.」
