"The location is excellent, and the rooms are quite spacious. The Wi-Fi is strong enough for remote work! Just make sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as it can get noisy at night. Unfortunately, the floor of my room was dirty when I arrived (there was a lot of hair on it). I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be cleaned; the only other option offered was an upgrade, but they wanted to charge me for it. While the staff did eventually help, they seemed clearly annoyed and weren't apologetic at all."

"Todo el personal fue muy amable, desde la chica de recepción haciéndome el check in hasta la guardia que amablemente abre la entrada al hotel. La habitación bastante cómoda y limpia, todo lo que se necesita. La ubicación es muy buena. A menos de 2 minutos tienes la entrada al metro Chilpancingo. Tienes unos tacos para comer a cualquier hora saliendo del hotel. Una caminata de unos 10 min para llegar a parque México. Me encantó. Bastante útil si vas a un concierto al foro GNP. El metro que tienes ahí llega directo y en 20 min ya estás en el foro"

"Spacious comfortable room. Didn’t hear any noise at night, and was able to sleep well each night. Bed was comfy and AC/fan unit functioned well. Showers had strong water pressure and hot water. However the bathroom would occasionally have a strong rotten egg odor, but this was not consistent and there was not a predictable pattern of when it would come on - I read this in many reviews, so I was not shocked to experience it. Having the kitchenette was very convenient. Common area terrace was a gorgeous place for my friend to take some remote work meetings. The location seemed to be on a quiet street, but still walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and bars, and I felt safe even walking late at night. Appreciate the 24/7 security and the convenience of being able to message reception via app. I was surprised to see housekeeping service came with a fee, but we only stayed 6 nights so we had enough towels and just went down to reception to get toilet paper, and were able to change our own trash. Overall, was a great and comfortable stay, and would recommend. "

"The hotel was nice, clean and good AC. The Staff members were nice and welcoming. I would stay there again. The only thing is that I was expecting to see the hotel with a blue color like on a 5 years ago picture I saw on line LOL.. its not blue on the outside :). But over all we had a good experience . A lot of good restaurant near by walking distance!"

"Great location and nice staff. The apartment itself was excellent with a beautiful view. It was very clean and comfortable overall. The only downside was a faint drain odor coming from the kitchen at times. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Myla Salamanca. "
