It is an older hotel, with loads of charm. The rooms are up to date and the beds were comfortable. The history was fascinating. The staff was very friendly, enjoyed spa treatments very much.

NH Collection Mexico City Reforma
Nice hotel, modern well-furnished rooms, great staff. Windows don't block out a lot of sound from the outside, but if you face Liverpool Street it's fairly quiet most of the time, so it's worth requesting that.
