「Great location, central to most major attractions. Staff was super helpful and attentive. Would recommend and stay again !」

「Very friendly staff and comfortable and clean room and bed. The breakfast was great. Honestly worth what I paid for, will definitely come back the next time I’m in the area」

「Overall very happy. I have only stayed at one other hotel in mexico city to compare. The lobby is not grand, most luxurious welcome and it can get busy during check in/out time but it’s great to be private compare to a massive corporate hotel vibe. Most happy about the rooms, It’s spacious, a bath tab, great amenities, it felt really comfortable. Breakfast is open till noon which is a plus. I will come back for sure.」

「Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was clean and we had hot water, well one snacks, a refrigerator, and a washer/dryer. There was a strong security guard at the entrance, and the location was very safe. It was conveniently located for going out anywhere, and the host's hospitality was palpable. Thank you very much.」

「This property needs a lift gate or a handicap ramp to assist with luggage. Especially if the front desk do not allow you to use the handicap lift. I feel bad whoever can’t lift 40lbs luggage upstairs」

「The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. The staff were not helpful at all and simply told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall the place was nice but the lack of assistance and inconsistency with the listing made the experience less enjoyable.」
