Best experience ever. Hotel is new so not allot of reviews. This place is amazing, trust. Great location, the best staff, beautiful rooms and ambiance. As someone that travels often, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had staying anywhere.

My stay was excellent; the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff members were remarkable and demonstrated great flexibility throughout my visit. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of an in-room safe, though I did not inquire about one at the front desk.

Casa Lerma is a gorgeous spot in a great location. If you’re interested in seeing Mexico City as a local, this is the ideal spot to choose. The neighborhood is safe and vibrant and filled with restaurants of all types. It’s an easy bike ride/Uber to the trendy Roma Norte/Condesa areas and a short walk to Chapultapec park and the museums. My room was beautiful, with a small balcony and sliding doors. The bed was very comfortable and everything felt very upscale and luxurious. Above all, the host and manager, Nan, made my stay exceptional. Nan’s recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems were helpful and were all bright spots on my visit. I was greeted warmly and had a lovely welcome visit after a long day of traveling. Casa Lerma was truly an amazing experience.

The facilities are aesthetically design. The rooms are spacious with many amenities. Coffee, tea, chocolates, almonds, toiletries, etc. They serve a complementary light breakfast; yogurt, fruit, granola, pastries, and coffee. It is conveniently located. The neighbors seemed pleasant and safe. We book because it was close to reforma. The staff was attentive to our needs. I communicated via text and the response was immediate. The bedding was so comfortable; we slept through the night. I would love to be back.
