「Amazing stay at Casa Lerma. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Great stay, great food, great recommendations. I would definitely stay again.」

「Great property in a central location for activities and exploring. Only challenge was the "truck" noise around midnight multiple nights」

「Great location, wonderful room, no complaints」

「Overall very happy. I have only stayed at one other hotel in mexico city to compare. The lobby is not grand, most luxurious welcome and it can get busy during check in/out time but it’s great to be private compare to a massive corporate hotel vibe. Most happy about the rooms, It’s spacious, a bath tab, great amenities, it felt really comfortable. Breakfast is open till noon which is a plus. I will come back for sure.」

「The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. The staff were not helpful at all and simply told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall the place was nice but the lack of assistance and inconsistency with the listing made the experience less enjoyable.」

「Comfortable, clean professional and hospitable staff Close proximity to restaurants」
