The concierge and front desk were unresponsive and lacked follow-through, from ticket requests to basic room needs. While apologies were offered, no real solutions were provided. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the dining experience was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel in Cdmx.
