The staff was incredibly helpful in getting me situated, and even invited me to stay in the common areas while my flight was delayed. Very friendly and I was impressed by their level of service. I’ll be coming back and would recommend this hotel to friends!

Brand new place- very clean and location was amazing! Short walk to Reforma (Angel). Common area had water and espresso machine, which was a nice touch. The room was extremely comfortable- had mini fridge and microwave. This would be a great option for a longer stays. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Luis was great, greeted and welcomed us. The room was perfect very comfortable and clean. Complimentary drinks and nespresso coffee. The beds, pillows and sheets were very comfy. Hot water and soft nice towels you feel at home. Very premium room and safe, quiet location. Definitely we will be back! Thanks

The room was sufficiently clean, though there was definitely opportunity for more attention to detail and a more thorough clean (needed better dusting, bugs were killed in the bathroom and never wiped down, some spots in the shower needed a bit more of a scrub, there was a dead decaying bird on our porch/balcony). The staff, for the most part, was polite — we appreciated Luis and his efforts the most. Sometimes responses on WhatsApp were slow, and we received no response through the Expedia chat, but we did find requests (more toilet paper, extra garbage bags) attended to relatively quickly. On the night of arrival, the gentleman at the desk struggled to set up payment to be put through credit card as per our booking so we ended up having to pay with debit, losing our ability to collect points for travel through Expedia and our credit card. We had no specific issues during our stay, with the exception of an awful lot of noise that comes from above when people descend stairs, as our room was one of the two in the basement. We asked for a room change but none was available the day we asked, and we were offered ear plugs instead. There were no offers for a room change or updates if a room had opened up later on. Room cleaning is an extra fee, and though onsite laundry is advertised, that is an extra charge as well. There is no ironing or ironing board in the room. Overall, comfortable, despite the stiff mattress and the growing pains of a new hotel.

The property was very spacious, modern, very equipped with the proper ammenities, the cafereria was lovely & complimentary. The staff was incredibly nice & veryy friendly since the moment i checked in. I would definitely recommend & i will be staying here next time i visit the city.

Me hospedé en Casa Tokio y, de verdad, fue una joyita de principio a fin. ✨ Desde que llegamos nos recibieron con una calidez increíble. Todo el equipo, sin importar el turno, fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a platicar y ayudar. Se nota cuando un servicio nace de personas que disfrutan lo que hacen. Las instalaciones están impecables, las habitaciones son hermosas, las amenidades están muy bien pensadas y todo funciona perfectamente. Además, nos dieron la facilidad de hacer late check-out y guardar nuestro equipaje, un detalle que hizo toda la diferencia en nuestro viaje. Hay hoteles bonitos, y luego están los que te hacen sentir bienvenido. Casa Tokio pertenece a los segundos. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomendaré siempre. 💛

Es una excelente opción por comodidad, limpieza y servicio del staff, si buscas descanso es el lugar ideal pero ojo ahí, el ruido puede pasar las paredes y puedes escuchar lo que pasa en la habitación de frente, lo cual te puede quitar un poco el sueño, la cafetería y sala de estar son agradables, si llevas auto considera que no tienen estacionamiento propio pero hay algunos cerca.
